NicD the only person in the valley I would let tune my car! He will tune cars at differnt dyno locations. However I would recommend you make an appointment with Jason over at Xtreme Motorsports for your tuning and dyno time! Jason is owns a GTO and he always takes care of the goat guys.

IMO stay away from Pro Dyno
That place has changed owners alot. In fact the guy who owns it now is named Charles. He now is one of the "Tech Pros" on Pinks. If you ever watch the show, he is the guy with the big Goate always standing next to the host!
AZ Speed and Marine is ok, but they are very expesive and I have know Idea who there TUner is. The dyno is not nearly as important as the person tuning it.
Xtreme charges $400.00 for Tune and this includes all the necessary dyno time.
